Certificate of Eligibility
This is to certify that Buenavista, Community College located
at Cangawa, Buenavista, Bohol, established and operated by the Municipal Government of Buenavista, Bohol, is
eligible to avail of the benefits of Republic Act. 10931 otherwise known as the Universal Access to Quality
Tertiary Education Act. It has complied with the requirements for Institutional Recognation by virtue of
Commision en banc Resolution No. 567-2020.
This Certificate of Eligibility shall be subject to revocation
if the herein institution fails to operate in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
and/or fails to comply with the rules and regulations of the Commission.
