A student who graduates from the secondary level of education from the Department of
Education shall be eligible for admission to any degree program. However, a student who has not
completed the secondary level, but who has qualified in the Philippines Educational Placement Test
(PEPT) may be eligible for admission.
A graduate of a foreign secondary who may not fully satisfy the specific requirement
of a certain degree program may be admitted, provided, that any deficiency shall be corrected during his initial
school term.
Conditional Program
Students who failed in the admission examination can still enroll
in the college and the program of their choice provided they will maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of
1.5
for two (2) consecutive semesters (1 year).
Failure to do so will result to advising them to shift to other non-board programs of
the institution. However, in the case of a pandemic or any other similar extraordinary circumstances, the
student/s may be allowed to continue with the program for as long as the following conditions are met.
1. They must sign an agreement that they should not have a grade below 2.0 in any of
their major subjects that they enroll.
2. If not complied, they must retake the said major subject.
Right To Enroll Until Graduation
In recognition of the Constitutional guarantee of institutional academic freedom,
admission to any higher education institution is open to all students not otherwise disqualified by law or by
the
policies and rules of the Commission on Higher Education Institution. Except in cases of academic
delinquency; violation of rules and regulations of the institution; failure to settle due tuition and
other school fees, and other obligations; sickness or disease that would prevent the student to handle
the normal pressures of school work or his continued presence that would be deleterious to other
members of the academic community; and the closure of a program by institution, or the closure of
the institution itself, a student who qualifies for enrollment shall qualify to stay for the entire period
for which he is expected to complete his program of study in the institutions, without prejudice to his
right to transfer to institutions within the prescribed period.
Rules of Registration
The enrollment of registration of a student in a higher education institution shall
be held during registration days as indicated in the approved school calendar. It shall be conducted in
accordance
with pertinent procedures of the institution, and is subject to the rules as follows:

The enrollment or registration is for the entire term, i.e., semester, trimester.

A student may enroll after the lapse of the registration period specified in the
approved school calendar, and be admitted in accordance with the reasonable rules of the institution
for late enrollment, but in no case shall exceed two (2) weeks after the opening of classes.
Thereafter, no further enrollment shall be allowed.

After enrollment, the transfer of a student to another institution is discouraged,
especially when the student is expected to graduate during the academic year.

However, a student may transfer to another institution during the school term
provided the consent of both institutions concerned is obtained.

No student shall be accepted for enrollment unless he/she presents the proper
school credentials on or before the end of the enrollment period for the school term.

A student is deemed officially enrolled after he/she has submitted his/her appropriate
admission or transfer credentials; made an initial payment of his tuition and other fees of
the institution and was allowed to attend classes by institution.

For Irregular/Graduating Students (Old Curriculum/Failing Grades/Transferees):
A special class maybe created for students who need to take a subject not offered in the
current semester or no longer offered in the new curriculum.
The special class should have a minimum of ten (10) students. Failure to reach the minimum
number will result to dissolving the offering of said subject/s in that particular semester.
However, a special class maybe created for less than 10 students should they agree to
shoulder the costs for a special class with a minimum of 10 students.
Furthermore, special enrolment form will be given to the irregular students to be filled up
with their corresponding signatures, recommending approval by the Department Deans
and approved by the College President before submission to the college registrar.
Admission Credentials
Grade 12 graduates beginning Academic Year 2017-2018 are eligible to enter college
regardless of the track or strand taken in the Senior High School. No Grade 12 student or graduate shall be
denied acceptance in applying for college entrance examinations in the higher education institutions (HEls).
The admission credentials required for the enrollment of a student, who enrolls at the beginning
of the school term, are the following:

For admission into the first year of any degree, the uncancelled report card (Form
138) or its equivalent from the school last attended with the eligibility certificate indicated and
signed by the authorized school official. The report card or its equivalent shall be deemed
cancelled upon the enrollment of the student in the degree program, and the admitting
school shall immediately request for the permanent record (Form 137) from the school
attended.

For admission into second year and subsequent years of any degree program, the
prescribed transfer credential, normally a Certificate of Transfer, from the institution last attended.

Where a student is unable to present the required school record or credential
indicated in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2), a certificate issued by the Chairman of the Commission or his
duly authorize representative will be required.
In no case shall any institution officially enroll a student who has not presented
the proper admission credentials as required. Any violation of this rule may subject the
institution to possible administrative penalties and sanctions, which may include, but not limited to,
the revocation of the permit or recognition.
A. Applicants to the Non-Degree Courses.

Must be a high school graduate.
-
Must present his/her High School report card/TOR for transferees during screening.
-
Must submit Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the Head of the institution last attended.
-
Must pass the written and oral examinations.
-
Must be physically fit as certified by the school/government physician before enrollment.
-
Must comply with the other fitness requirement of specific course.
-
Must submit Birth Certificate and Certificate of Good Moral Character.
B. A non-degree student who will proceed to Baccalaureate degree must have a 80%
general average in the last course attended except Teacher Education Curriculum. He/she should
submit his/her records for evaluation of the registrar before he/she can be admitted.
C. Applicants to the Degree Courses:

Must be a secondary school graduate.

Must have a general weighted average of 80% in all courses except Teacher Education, which is 85%.
-
Must pass the written and oral examination.
-
Must submit Birth Certificate and Certificate of Good Moral Character.
-
Must be physically fit as certified by the school physician before enrollment.
-
Must comply with all other requirements and or physical fitness requirement of specific courses.
Credentials
No applicant for enrollment, whether new or old student, will be allowed to register
without proper credentials.

Old students must present their school ID for validation upon enrollment.
-
New and old high school students must present their form 138 or Report Card.
-
First year college students must submit their original copy of the birth certificate.
-
College students from other schools must present their Transfer Credentials such as
Honorable Dismissal, Transcript of Records, original Birth Certificate and Certificate of Good
Moral Character from the school last attended.
-
Old students must submit their clearance to the Office of the Registrar before
registering to the “OFFLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM” of the college.
Schedules of Fees and Payments
Compulsory collection of fees on books, manuals, modules, and the like which are
not approved by the College President is strictly prohibited.
