The administrative authority of BCC is vested in the President of the institution. The administrative and excercise of its power are vested exclusively in the Board of Trustees. The continued attendance of any student at the Buenavista Community College subjects him or her to this authority, conforming to the spirit of the on-going policies set by the academic community and the BOT.
